Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Onvertz, a product of FwdDeploy ("we", "us"), including the website onvertz.com and the platform at app.onvertz.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Onvertz is a platform that helps businesses and agencies manage their local online presence: Google Business Profile listings, metrics, posts and reviews; and advertising on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — reporting, creation and management — from one dashboard, with AI-assisted drafting that you review and approve.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you connect.
• You may only connect Google and Meta accounts and assets that you own or are authorised to manage.

3. Connected platforms

• Your use of Google services through Onvertz is also governed by Google's own terms and policies; your use of Meta services is also governed by Meta's terms and policies.
• You grant Onvertz permission to access and act on your connected accounts strictly to provide the Service — actions such as publishing posts, replying to reviews or changing campaigns occur only when you initiate or approve them.
• You can disconnect a platform at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
• We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions of Google or Meta that affect functionality.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent activity, including fake reviews, misleading listings or prohibited advertising content;
• attempt to access other customers' data or probe, disrupt or overload the Service;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly agreed with us in writing;
• use the Service to violate Google's or Meta's terms, developer policies or advertising policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Fees

Parts of the Service may be offered on paid plans. Prices, billing cycles and inclusions are presented at purchase. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. Ad spend on Google and Meta is charged by those platforms directly to your accounts and is separate from our fees.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, design and branding. You own your data and content; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service (for example, storing and transmitting your posts to Google on your instruction).

7. AI-assisted content

The Service may draft content (posts, replies, ad copy) using AI. Drafts are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published, and for its accuracy and legality.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific business outcomes (such as rankings, traffic, calls or sales). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FwdDeploy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach, legal requirement, or discontinuation (with reasonable notice where practicable). On termination, your connected-platform tokens and cached data are deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory arbitration or consumer rights under applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
