This Privacy Policy explains how Onvertz, a product of FwdDeploy ("Onvertz", "we", "us"), collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our website (onvertz.com) and our platform (app.onvertz.com) — the "Service". FwdDeploy is a registered business in Hyderabad, Telangana, India (GSTIN 36AGJPP6964B1Z5).

By using the Service you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Account information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, business name and contact details.

1.2 Data from connected Google services

When you choose to connect your Google account, you authorise Onvertz through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent flow. Depending on the permissions you grant, we access:

Google Business Profile data (OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage): your business listings and locations, profile information (name, hours, categories, attributes, photos), performance metrics (profile views, search appearances, calls, direction requests, website clicks), posts, and reviews with their replies. We use this to display your metrics, publish posts and updates you compose or approve, keep profile information current, and manage review replies you approve.
Google Ads data (OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): campaign structure and settings, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions. We use this to display reporting and to create or modify campaigns that you initiate or approve.

1.3 Data from connected Meta services

When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising assets, we access — through Meta's Marketing API and the permissions you grant (such as ads_read, ads_management and business_management) — your ad account structure, campaign settings and performance metrics. We use this to display reporting and to create or modify campaigns that you initiate or approve.

1.4 Usage data

We collect standard technical information such as log data, device/browser type and pages visited, used to operate, secure and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

To provide the Service: dashboards, reporting, publishing and campaign management on your instruction.
To generate AI-assisted drafts (posts, review replies, ad copy) that you review and approve before anything is published.
To notify you about significant changes in your metrics or listings.
To provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Google Limited Use disclosure. Onvertz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features of the Service. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising purposes of our own, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when aggregated and anonymised.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal data or your connected-account data to anyone.
We do not use your Google or Meta data to build advertising profiles or to serve third-party advertising.
We do not publish, change or spend anything on your accounts without an action you take or an approval you give in the product.

4. Storage and security

OAuth tokens and API credentials are stored encrypted at rest and are never exposed in the browser.
All data is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS).
Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and audited.
We retain connected-account data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as cloud hosting), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations; or when required by law. We do not share your data with other customers or third parties for their own purposes.

6. Revoking access

You can disconnect any linked account inside the Service at any time. You can also revoke Onvertz's access directly:

Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Onvertz. Revocation takes effect immediately; we then cease all API access to your Google data.
Meta: remove Onvertz in your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Business Integrations, or remove the connection in Meta Business Settings.

7. Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing tech@fwddeploy.co with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete your account data, stored tokens and cached platform data within 30 days and confirm completion. Disconnecting a platform (Section 6) also deletes the stored tokens and cached data for that platform.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at tech@fwddeploy.co.

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date, and where appropriate, by email.
